My work is built on a simple belief:

I bring together psychotherapy, sports psychology, and high performance coaching to help people think more clearly, manage pressure, and perform at a higher level, in sport, business and life.
With extensive experience across professional sport, business, education and private practice, my focus is not just on what you do, but on what sits underneath it. Your thinking, your patterns, your identity, and how you respond when it matters most.
