Me

I spent my formative years on a council estate in East London before relocating to Essex in my 20s. This upbringing grounded me and instilled a strong sense of resilience and determination. It taught me the value of hard work, resourcefulness, and perseverance in the face of adversity. These early experiences have profoundly influenced my approach to life and work, imbuing me with a deep appreciation for the importance of resilience and adaptability in navigating life's challenges.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about various interests and hobbies that enrich my life. I have dedicated many years to practising Wing Chun (Wing Tsun) and Tai Chi, which have been integral to my martial arts journey. Additionally, I am an enthusiastic gym-goer with a profound love for football. Creative writing, including philosophy, children's stories, and songwriting, is a cherished outlet for me, as is playing the guitar and recording music. As a father of four children, parenthood has been a transformative journey filled with love, laughter, and invaluable life lessons, shaping me into the person I am today.

As a Dad, my family brings immense joy and fulfilment to my life. Parenthood has been a transformative journey filled with love, laughter, and invaluable life lessons. Embracing the role of a parent has deepened my sense of purpose and enriched my experiences, shaping me into the person I am today.
